Returns Policy

BIGmenswear will give a  full credit for goods returned within 13 days, in original condition

and quoting the original packing slip numbers.

Credits will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of goods with correct paperwork.

A credit note will be completed for all goods returned. All returned goods requiring to

be replaced due to a change required in style, colour, size or faulty will have an

additional separate new packing slip and invoice prepared, besides the credit note.
